Decision Notes
This section is intentionally curated. The private ADR log contains implementation details that are useful to the lab but too revealing for a public portfolio: service placement, model routing, secret handling, internal evidence paths, and defensive-control internals.
Public decision notes keep the engineering rationale without publishing an operational map.
Public Notes
| Decision | Status | Public Summary |
|---|---|---|
| ADR-0021: Public Publication Boundary | Accepted | Defines what is allowed to cross from private CGE workspaces into kryssar.se, and how build, audit, and deploy gates protect that boundary. |
Private-Only Categories
| Category | Public Treatment |
|---|---|
| Agent orchestration and model routing | Summary-only if discussed publicly. Detailed routes and fallback behavior stay private. |
| State and evidence architecture | High-level lessons only. File paths, state contracts, and evidence stores stay private. |
| Graph/RAG and MCP internals | Public outcomes are fine; service topology and tool inventory stay private. |
| Redaction and secret controls | Policy intent may be public. Detection logic, secret references, and bypass-relevant detail stay private. |
Publication Rule
If a decision would help someone map the lab, target the control plane, infer defensive gaps, or reconstruct private workflows, it does not get a full public ADR page.
