Reflections
The raw reflection feed is no longer published. Those notes were useful as internal session memory, but they read like operational logs and did not add much public value.
This page keeps the part that does belong on kryssar.se: what the lab is teaching, how the work is changing, and which practices are worth carrying forward.
Current Themes
| Theme | Public Takeaway |
|---|---|
| Make recovery boring | Resets, rebuilds, and publication steps should be repeatable enough that they do not depend on memory or luck. |
| Separate signal from telemetry | A public page should explain what changed and why it matters, not dump raw status or tool chatter. |
| Publish less, verify more | Curated public notes are stronger than a full mirror of internal automation output. |
| Keep the operator visible | The site represents the person behind the lab, so every published page should read like an intentional artifact. |
What Stays Private
Raw reflection entries, agent handoffs, failed workflow traces, internal host details, and sensitive remediation notes stay in the private repositories. When a reflection becomes useful to public readers, it should be rewritten as a short article or decision note instead of being copied verbatim.
